Dispute resolution: litigation

With the ‘ability to handle complex litigation in various areas of law’, FerradaNehme's complex litigation practice handles high-profile cases concerning unfair competition, consumer issues, banking and telecoms, as well as commercial, civil and construction law. The multidisciplinary team’s key figures are competition and regulatory law specialist, Nicole Nehme; and Nicolás Ubilla, an expert in civil, commercial and economic litigation, who is ’recognised for his clarity when proposing legal strategies’. An ‘outstanding lawyer and excellent professional’, former partner Marcela Rodríguez (in a counsel role since September 2023) has significant experience in civil, commercial and consumer litigation, as well as arbitration; while senior associate Maximiliano Nissim focuses on civil and commercial disputes.
