Representing Pasmar in a claim for damages against Jean Jano Kourou, Inmobiliaria Mall Plaza de Los Ríos and Inmobiliaria Tres Ríos, the case seeking to assert civil liability (arising from unlawful acts of unfair competition).
Acting for Mantoverde in two disputes, which were commenced by Consorcio Valle Hermoso for unfair competition and unjust enrichment, in relation to a bidding process in which it participated .
