Dispute resolution boutique law firm Ovalle & Bulnes Abogados is now known as Ovalle Abogados, following the May 2025 departures of former partners Jose Tomas Bulnes and Oscar Lihn to establish their own practice, taking associate José Ignacio Jara along with them. The remaining practice nevertheless continues to acts in significant civil and commercial litigation, as well as construction disputes and administrative litigation. Additionally, in relation to insurance-related cases, the group’s track record includes precedent-setting rulings against major insurers for unjustified refusals to honour policies.
