Established in April 2024 by former CMS Carey & Allende partners, A/C/R Legal’s litigation department specialises in a range of disputes, including contractual issues, torts, and engineering, procurement and construction agreement conflicts. The seven-strong team is also experienced in shareholder agreements, unfair competition, and corporate reorganisations and liquidations. The practice is led by ‘excellent strategist’ Stephan Luhrmann Ortiz, whose broad caseload covers contractual disputes, insolvency issues, unfair competition and regulatory litigation, as well as commercial and construction arbitration. June 2025 saw the team further strengthened with the arrival of young partner Tomás Pérez (civil and commercial disputes, particularly antitrust litigation, commercial arbitration and unfair competition), formerly head of dsputes at Bofill Mir; and senior associate Benjamin Letelier C (litigation, arbitration and competition law). He joins intermediate associate Florencia Cereceda who is experienced in proceedings before Chile’s civil and superior courts of justice, along with administrative litigation and bankruptcy matters.
