A boutique law firm that focuses on complex disputes, Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution's four-member group represents both domestic and international clients in litigation before Chile’s ordinary and special courts, the Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court, and administrative bodies; while its industry specialisms include the construction, mining, energy, real estate, finance and retail sectors. The practice is co-led by Andrés Jana, whose recent experience includes acting for Chilean governmental organisation, CORFO, in damages actions before the domestic courts to recover funds that were misappropriated from the Chilean State; and contractual disputes expert, Rodrigo Gil. Former firm managing partner Karen Werner left the firm in August 2024, as did Tomas Bown in March 2025.
