The team also has significant experience in energy, telecoms and finance-related arbitrations. Co-heading the group, experienced litigator Gerardo Ovalle acts in construction, unfair competition and tort actions; while civil litigation expert Fernando Salas specialises in both contractual disputes and torts, including construction, energy, real estate and unfair competition disputes. The practice further includes Anibal Vial, who focuses on civil and commercial litigation; and Miguel Dibarrart, who acts for both national and international companies before Chile’s courts.
