The practice’s key figures are arbitration expert Julio Pellegrini, who regularly sits as arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), and the National Arbitration Centre (CNA); domestic and international arbitration specialist Fernando Zúñiga, whose track record includes working in the international arbitration practice of White & Case LLP's Paris office; and Pedro Rencoret, who acts in arbitrations concerning contractual claims and unfair competition. The senior bench is rounded out by Diego Ramos, whose expertise encompasses national and international arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, competition matters and regulated markets work. At associate level, Fernando Gazzella acts in construction contract-related arbitrations; and Bernardo Aylwin is a former foreign associate in the arbitration department of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP’s New York office. Former counsel Felipe de Marinis left the firm in October 2025.
