The conflict resolution department at April 2024-established firm, A/C/R Legal, handles the full breadth of disputes matters, incluing arbitration regarding contractual issues, EPC contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate and commercial matters. ‘Thorough and detailed in its analysis of the legal problems presented’, the practice is led by former CMS Carey & Allende partner, Stephan Lührmann, whose expertise covers commercial and construction arbitration, as well as contractual and shareholder disputes. June 2025 saw further expansion of the team with the arrival of Tomás Pérez, who has extensive experience in commercial arbitratiton; and disputes-focused senior associate Benjamin Letelier C. Experienced intermediate Florencia Cereceda also focuses on dispute resolution (along with compliance matters).
