Beyond the partnership, the track record of senior lawyer and compliance director Iván Millán includes complex criminal litigation cases; while Isidora Eyzaguirre focuses on the design and implementation of companies’ and institutions’ crime prevention systems and compliance programmes. Eyzaguirre is particularly experienced in Latin American and international compliance laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Bank Secrecy Act.
