
Acting for institutional investors, investment banks and financial institutions, Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos‘ 11-strong capital markets team routinely assists with structuring high-end capital markets transactions. The full-service team advises significant issuers, including state-owned companies and public stock corporations, on the registration, issuance, offering and placement of securities in both Chile and the international markets. Its expertise extends to IPOs, note programmes, Rule 144A/Reg S matters, and private placements. The group recently advised Empresa de los Ferrocarriles del Estado on the registration of two non-secured 10-year and 30-year note programmes (each for the amount of approximately $225m).
