Ried Fabres

The banking and finance team at Ried Fabres is experienced in loan and project finance transactions, as well as international and local bonds, banking regulatory-related reports, and derivatives trading. The group also fields specialists in establishing finance structures, debt restructuring, securities issuances, public offerings and securitisation. The 11-member group showcases Cristián Fabres, whose track record includes over 60 securitisations; longstanding banking and finance and capital markets expert José Miguel Ried; Ricardo Abogabir, who focuses on finance deals, bond offerings, fund managers, regulatory matters, and local and international derivatives; and Jaime Hirschberg, an adviser on financings, bonds and private companies’ IPOs. In the associate ranks, seniors María Paz Navarrete and Ariadna Beroiz, along with Magdalena Varas, round out the team.
