Ontier Chile's 10-strong banking and finance department advises on facilities agreements, project finance, structured loans, revolving agreements, and debt and equity issuances. Other key areas are factoring, security packages, derivatives, and designing corporate and financial structures. The group is co-led by managing partner Javier Edwards, whose track record in financial transactions ranges from plain vanilla loans to project and structured loans; and Eduardo Andaur, who was promoted to partner in July 2024, and is particularly focused on real estate, private debt, infrastructure and private equity. In the associate team, senior Ainhoa Yeregui is admitted to practice law in Spain and Chile, while June 2024 recruit Raúl Aranda is increasingly involved in financial sector matters.
