Conyers’ litigation and restructuring team is recognised for its depth across commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, with additional expertise in regulatory, fintech, and employment disputes. Co-head Erik Bodden has recently appeared in significant cases before the Privy Council, the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal and the Grand Court. Fellow co-head Jonathon Milne regularly leads high-value litigation matters and Spencer Vickers is active in insolvency and asset recovery.
