Represented Dr Mohammed Idriss Ghodbane in a shareholder dispute in relation to International Airfinance Corporation. The heavily contested just & equitable winding-up petition is due to go to trial in September 2025.
Represented Ontario Court-appointed Receiver and Manager of Productivity Media Inc. in relation to fraud proceedings against its co-founder and former CEO. This matter included obtaining urgent injunctive relief at short notice.
