The firm’s national real estate group is led out of multiple locations over Canada with Mario Paura heading up the Toronto team, Miguel Manzano chairing the Montréal practice, Greg Plater leading in Vancouver and Michael Dyck spearheading the group in Calgary. Paura excels in complex real estate transactions including financing and development of asset classes, Dyck acts for purchasers and vendors on acquisitions and dispositions and Manzano, who joined following his departure from Norton Rose Fulbright, handles a mix of public and private clients in transactions and infrastructure projects. Plater is well-versed in advising a wide array of clients from real estate companies and developers to pension funds and municipalities on transactions. Eric Carmona is part of the Toronto team and is a commercial real estate specialist who is well-versed in the purchase, sale and financing of commercial offices, retail shopping centres, residential buildings and hotels. Recently joining the team in Toronto following her departure from Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Stella Di Cresce  is noted for her working on portfolio acquisitions for REITs.
