The firm fields both a real estate and municipal law team to advise on domestic urban development projects in Toronto, Montréal and Vancouver. The team is also well-versed in assisting renewable energy developers with land acquisition and development processes. Aaron Bowler leads the practice from Calgary and is an expert in rail real estate and regulatory issues, advising on rail regulations, land rights and transportation infrastructure. David Longcroft retired in December 2024. Former McCarthy Tétrault Alberta team head Mark Christensen joined in November 2025.
