
The public procurement group at Cassidy Levy Kent LLP represents government agencies and private corporations. Senior counsel Gerry Stobo leads the team, with a proven track record in public procurement challenges at the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Stobo has also develop and defend procurement processes. At an associate level, Alexander Hobbs is regularly involved in high-stakes procurement litigation. Partner Marc McLaren-Caux left the firm in April 2025.
