Ilko Stoyanov leads the group, focusing on competition work in relation to transactional matters such as compliance and merger control proceedings. The practice was further strengthened by the addition of Yoana Strateva in November 2024. She has in-depth knowledge of unfair competition and obtaining merger clearances for multinational clients. Galina Petkova left the team in 2025, joining Visiaw.
