Schoenherr places a strong focus on advising clients on acquisitions and the development and implementation of energy projects, including wind and PV plants, and upstream and downstream oil and gas. The group also has established experience in EU policy, licensing and permitting, and represents clients in the renewable energy, green finance and oil and gas industries. Spearheading the practice, Dimitar Kairakov is devoted to energy projects in the renewable, oil and gas and electricity fields. Stefana Tsekova is another active member of the team, who has a proven track record in energy acquisitions and project financing.
