In addition to representing clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings, CMS’ dispute resolution practice also covers out of court settlements and mediation, with a particular focus on matters in the IP, energy, competition, IT and employment sectors. The teams’ recent matters include commercial and insurance disputes, public procurement litigation, public sector disputes and international arbitration. Assen Georgiev and Antonia Kehayova jointly lead the practice, with the former having practiced litigation and alternative dispute resolution across a broad range of sectors, and the latter being well versed in commercial and public procurement cases. Miroslav Mollov joined the team in January 2024 from an in-house position.
