The team has recently handled a number of IP and copyright infringement cases in the pharma sector, insolvency procedures for a real estate company and complex employment litigation matters in the Bulgarian courts. Kina Chuturkova leads the team and is a highly regarded practitioner in this space, having formerly sat as a judge in the supreme court of cassation and since then handling an array of complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. - Advising and representing Heidelberg Materials Devnya in a number of administrative and court proceedings related to the orders issued by the State Reserves and Wartime Stocks Agency.
