Dispute resolution

Schoenherr is geared to support on the full array of dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, debt collection proceedings and damages and negligence claims. Working in tandem with other departments, the group also excels in employment litigation, intellectual property and public procurement disputes. Practice co-head Dimitar Vlaevsky is well versed in domestic and international arbitration, and leads the team along with Ventsislav Tomov, who is a contact to note for pharmacy, automotive and energy clients.
