Acted for Borderless Capital on the launch of multiple BVI open and closed-ended master-feeder fund structures, which are registered with the BVI FSC, and are largely crypto and digital asset-focused funds.
Acted as BVI counsel to Safra National Bank of New York in connection with a fund financing for the Kawa funds, including Kawa RE Offshore Fund II, LP, a BVI private investment fund recognised by the BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) under the Private Investment Funds Regulations.
