Practice head André Carvalho focuses on tax law, and advises entities and individuals on wealth and estate planning matters. Gustavo Moraes Stolagli - a partner in the corporate governance and M&A groups - also offers assistance to the wealth, estate planning and family law arm of the firm. Clarissa Yokomizo, who joined from Souto Correa Advogados in October 2023, advises on the corporate governance of family-controlled enterprises.
