The team advises telecoms companies on negotiating self-composition agreements, license renewals, acquisitions, and the development of innovative business models. Gentil works alongside Matheus Palhares Vieira, a public law expert with in-depth telecoms knowledge who regularly acts in administrative proceedings and has advised on privatisation processes for state-owned telecoms entities.
