Vieira Rezende’s tax team combines extensive experience in both advisory matters and litigation across all Brazilian courts, frequently representing clients in the oil and gas, mining, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Department head Luiz André Nunes De Oliveira brings more than five decades of expertise in tax law. He co-leads the practice with Breno Kingma, noted for his work defending infraction notices before municipal, state, and federal administrative courts; Rafael De Moraes Amorim, who concentrates on tax consulting and planning; and Tiago Vasconcelos Severini, who specialises in customs, international trade, and tax issues affecting the oil and gas industry.
