TozziniFreire‘ insolvency and restructuring team has grown following the return of insolvency specialist Gabriela Martines, who joined from Itaú BBA, bringing a wealth of experience in the implementation of debt renegotiation structures of banking products in local and foreign currency. The group acts for a variety of clients, including creditors, investors and suppliers, in a broad spectrum of industries, such as advertising, telecoms, technology and retail. The team has demonstrable experience in handling judicial reorganisation matters, particularly in areas concerned with the status of credit. Martines leads the practice with Flávia Cristina Moreira de Campos Andrade, who is experienced in restructuring matters requiring transactional and financial expertise.
