The group is also proficient in matters concerning leasing, licensing, asset reorganisation and property regularisation. The practice is now led from São Paulo by Julian Junqueira Rillo, who rejoined the firm in November 2024 from BMA Advogados, bringing significant expertise in a wide range of real estate transactions and investments. Ricardo Stuber and former practice head Vladimir Miranda Abreu departed in May 2024 and May 2025, respectively.
