Lobo de Rizzo Advogados combines ‘great technical and market knowledge’ to advise on the structuring and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects. The team is experienced in PPPs, concessions, privatisations and regulatory matters across the sanitation, transport, logistics, renewable energy, social housing and urban mobility sectors. The ’hands-on’ team is led by project finance specialist Gustavo Silveira Cunha, Marcelo Rangel Lennertz, who focuses on the structuring and regulation of infrastructure projects, Maria Costa Neves Machado, who brings together expertise in financial and capital markets transactions, and Rodnei Iazzetta, who is skilled in concession modelling.
