The practice is instructed by an expanding client base consisting of notable names from the aviation, technology, and food and beverage sectors, among others. Rodrigo Luis Shiromoto co-heads the department alongside Bráulio Dias Lopes De Almeida. Both practitioners specialise in individual labour claims filed by former C-level employees, public civil actions prompted by the Labour Public Prosecutor’s Office, and extrajudicial agreements.
