Campos Mello Advogados leverages its global presence -spanning Brazil, the USA, and the UK – to advise international and multinational clients on trade mark prosecution, copyright matters, and the enforcement of IP rights. The team also frequently supports clients with the registration and prosecution of IP assets before the INPI and advises on licensing arrangements. The practice is co-led by Paula Mena Barreto and Domiciano Sá. Barreto divides her time between Rio de Janeiro and Miami, focusing on IP transactions, including technology transfers and agreements, as well as IP prosecution. Sá is the team’s key figure for litigation, bringing strong expertise in product liability, consumer law, and patent-related disputes.
