Leonardo Miranda leads the practice from São Paulo, advising on project structuring and M&A, with a keen focus on the transmission and generation segments. Also in São Paulo, Ligia Pereira Schlittler joined from Felsberg Advogados in September 2024, bringing notable experience in regulatory, M&A and project development, particularly involving power generation, distributed generation and self-production projects.
