It is also active in project financing, development and structuring, with a focus on self-production initiatives. The practice is co-led by Ana Carolina Katlauskas Calil, who joined the São Paulo office from TozziniFreire in August 2024, bringing extensive regulatory experience, and Rio-based Maurício Teixeira dos Santos, who regularly advises on financings, M&A, and tender offers in the power sector.
