The team acts for businesses from across a range of industries, including chemicals, IT, and financial services. Practice co-head Carlos Portugal Gouvêa is adept at advising on M&A and corporate governance matters, while fellow co-head Caio Henrique Yoshikawa is skilled in joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and foreign investments.
