The team has extensive M&A experience across sectors such as telecommunications, tobacco, energy and IT.  At the helm of the practice, Nihad Sijerčić is well versed in assisting clients on structuring, negotiating and implementing domestic and cross-border corporate and asset transfers. Amina Đugum Brkanić was promoted to partner in March 2025, and has in-depth knowledge of financial markets transactions. Minela Šehović joined the team in February 2025 from Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr.
