The firm was recently established but draws on the successful track record of its lawyers in resolving commercial disputes, advising on complex business transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. With experience leading high-profile legal projects such as company incorporations, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions, Mariana Pereira leads the team; she focuses her practice on corporate and business law, and also advises on commercial, labour, contractual and tax matters. Acting for both national and international clients, fellow practice co-head Ana Carola Muñoz has in-depth knowledge of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate reorganisations. Ximena Pereira assists on corporate governance, contract negotiation and labour compliance matters. Associate Valeria Baldiviezo is also a key member of the team.
