Representing the three main Belgian press publishers' alliances in a litigation before the Constitutional Court in relation to the action for annulment brought by two major information society service providers - Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC.) following the entry into force of the legislation implementing the new press publishers' neighbouring right stemming from Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM Directive).
