Advised BSTOR on the external financing of a 50MW/140MWh greenfield battery energy storage system (BESS) project located at the site of Duferco Wallonie in La Louvière.
Advised the syndicate of banks, coordinator, and bookrunners on the IPO and Euronext Brussels listing of EnergyVision, a Belgian provider of (solar) energy and mobility as a service solutions and EPC contractor.
Advised Elia Group on its €2.2bn equity raise, combining an €850 million private placement and a €1.35bn rights issue, and on its €600 million 3.875 per cent fixed rate senior bonds due June 2031.
