The team work closely with the firm's public policy practice to provide advice on the defence of particular substances and products in administrative and legislative proceedings. The practice is led by Cándido García Molyneux, who focuses on pan-European environmental and product regulations and policies, particularly those concerning REACH, climate change and deforestation.
