Work highlights

Advising BELIRIS, BUREAU METRO NORD (BMN) and STIB on the construction of the new metro line (Métro 3), assisting those actors to file and follow-up the applications for urban and environmental authorisations and assisting STIB-MIVB in its appeal related to the environmental permit for the project.
Carried out an in-depth study for CWaPE of the legal framework applicable to the hydrogen sector, taking into account the forthcoming adoption of the revised Gas Regulation and Gas Directive, and the rules of constitutional law applicable to the division of powers between federated entities and the Federal State.
