Represented Korean Air Lines in the European Union’s in-depth investigation into its proposed acquisition of Asiana Airlines.
Assisted Fluvius in the EU merger control procedure relating to the proposed joint venture between Fluvius and Telenet concerning the mixed Fibre-to-the-Home (FttH) and hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) roll out in Flanders (and parts of Brussels).
