EY Law provides cross-border clients with deep knowhow on sell-side transactions and buy-side due diligence. Co-heading the team, Peter Suykens offers longstanding expertise in corporate restructuring and cross-border reorganisations. While also bringing expertise in restructuring mandates, fellow co-head Virginie Ciers elsewhere focuses her practice on sell-side share deals. David Du Pont departed the firm.
