AKELA caters to clients facing challenges across the Austrian capital markets infrastructure, from the Vienna Stock Exchange to the clearing house and the central securities depository. Martin Pichler and Michael Kollik jointly lead the practice. Pinchler’s expertise encompass capital markets, insurance and banking and he is particularly well-versed in regulatory and risk management matters. Kollik specialises in securities as well as banking and capital markets law.
