Under the leadership of Volker Glas, Peter Knobl and Thomas Zivny, the banking and corporate finance team has extensive experience across an array of matters from green bonds and sustainability-linked syndicated loans to representing banks in administrative penalty proceedings before the FMA. Glas oversees corporate finance transactions while Zivny handles project finance and sustainable finance matters.
