The practice group is led by experienced partner Fiona Nelson in Newcastle, who specialises in co-ownership arrangements, bulk conveyancing and financing arrangements. David Gandolfo has in-depth knowledge of leasing and developing childcare sites, while Briony Kerr’s broad expertise ranges from property portfolio management to construction contracts. The practice has also expanded with the arrivals of Thomas Zilm from Vincent Young in July 2024, Duncan Webber, who heads the Canberra property practice, from KPMG Law in Australia in January 2025, and Darren Marx from Kokoda Property Group in March 2025.
