Work highlights

Advised the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Gatos Silver, Inc. on the negotiation and execution of a merger agreement between Gatos Silver and First Majestic Silver Corp., providing for the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Gatos Silver by First Majestic for an approximate value of US$970 million.
Advised Rex Minerals Ltd on planning and environment approvals, development, and financing for the Hillside Project, one of Australia’s largest undeveloped copper projects, currently containing a mineral resource of 1.9Mt of copper and 1.5Moz of gold.
