The team is led by Andrew Maher, who brings substantial experience in both contentious and advisory insurance matters. Malcolm Stephens is recognised for his work in trade credit litigation, while Jonathan Light frequently acts in shareholder class actions and a variety of commercial disputes. Joshua Anderson supports clients with complex insurance claims, adding depth to the team’s capabilities. Louise Jenkins, a long-standing contributor to the practice, retired in June 2025.
