Acted for eToro AUS Capital against ASIC in the Federal Court of Australia in its defence for alleged breaches of its product design and distribution obligations for Contracts for Difference (CFDs).
Acted for CCP, a Singapore-headquartered multinational asset manager, in bringing nearly $200m in claims against Japanese and Australian insurers to recoup losses suffered as a result of a credit crunch in the South East Asian commodity trading sector following Covid-19.
