Fargosi & Asociados continues to develop its practice in the aviation and transport sectors. Diego Fargosi and Emiliano Chaud lead a team that regularly advises airlines, lessors, and insurers on both transactional and contentious matters. Recent work includes representing clients such as Flybondi, Jetsmart Argentina, Sky Leasing, CALC and BOC Aviation. The practice has advised on more than 150 aircraft and engine transactions, and has industry disputes experience across the region, including an ICC arbitration concerning ATR-72 aircraft formerly operated by Avianca Argentina. Fargosi also contributed to the government’s efforts to update legal frameworks in the aviation and tourism sectors.
