Founded in 2001, Rodriguez Grellet Abogados specialises in aviation, airport and corporate law. The boutique offers comprehesive advisory services on aviation and airport law and policies, including legal representation before the Ministry of Transport, Argentina’s civil aviation administration (ANAC), the Argentine air navigation authority (EANA) and airort authorities including ORSNA and Aeropuertos Argentina 2000. It also handles certifications, migration and customs matters, operational authorisations and permitting, and advisory regarding labour and tax matters, along with claims and insurance coverage, aircraft financing, and ground-handling agreements, among other matters. The practice is co-led by Cecilia Rodríguez Grellet and María del Milagro Rodríguez Grellet. Cecilia focuses on legal advisory services for aviation companies along with corporate, financial and maritime law. Dual-qualified in Argentina and the U.S. (Missouri) Milagro, in turn, has a specialisation in aviation and aerospace management and safety systems, and  can additionally draw on in-house experience at the former American Falcon Lineas Aereas.
