The Argentine member of the Aviation Working Group (and a member of its legal panel), specialist boutique Argüelles, Tiscornia & Pezzuti is exclusively dedicated to the aeronautical industry, where it counts Airbus, Boeing and Saab among its clients. The small team has particular expertise acting for aircraft lessors (a segment in which it has a dominant presence), as well as handling aircraft finance and acquisition, and advising creditor and banks. Senior partner Agustin Tiscornia’s practice is centred on financings, airline start-up operations in Argentina, and regulatory matters; while managing partner Jorge Alberto Pezzuti, who also undertakes financing matters, is primarily focused on contentious matters including relevant aviation disputes and collection. Founding partner Amilcar Emilio Argüelles has stepped back from day-to-day practice but remains on hand to provide additional expertise in complex and sophisticated matters.
